COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ge Fanuc IC3600AVIA1M1B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Zumbach-Electronic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Square-D product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Zumbach-Electronic such as the ODAC2419CR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MAC090A0RD2C110A1S001 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JLP36250 by Manufacturer Square-D as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bailey-Circuit Brand IMMFP04 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Parker such as P313C2A12A3 equipment made by Parker have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Parker products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Parker" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MOX12P3509 made by Absopulse-Mox12-p3509 as well as the popular IWS2021 original spares produced by Nematron-Corp Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MCV40A00 by Sew-Eurodrive and P313C2A12A3 spares by Parker are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MVME147SC2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Freescale-Semiconductor. |
